Your account and plan

Open dashboard.1p.dev and you see your installations, each with its address, its state and the next thing it needs from you. The same site holds your organisation, the people in it, your plan and your payments.

It is a different place from Player One itself. Your installation has its own address and holds your chats, agents, files and memory. The account site holds what sits around it: who may open it, how big it is, what you pay and when it updates. The Dashboard inside your installation (/dashboard) is another page again, which shows your agents' work.

On 1p.dev, Login turns into Dashboard once you are signed in. Its menu lists your installations with their state, and selecting one opens it.

Getting started

A new account has nothing in it yet. Signing in and keeping your account safe covers making the account. From there:

  1. The site opens on No organization yet. Select Create organization and name it. If someone has invited you instead, open their link and select Accept.
  2. As the organisation's Owner you land on a page headed Pick the power your AI agents get. Choose a plan, or select Start free trial under the Solo plans if it is offered. Plans, balance and billing covers both.
  3. Select New installation, name it and select Create installation. It is ready in a couple of minutes. Create and manage your installations has the steps.
  4. Select its address. Your installation opens, and Your first hour takes over.

The organisation is the unit

Your installations, your plan, your balance and the people who work with them belong to an organisation, not to you. You can belong to several, and the first row of the sidebar switches between them. Organisations, people and teams covers who can do what.

The pages

The sidebar shows only what your rights in the organisation allow. Each page's address starts with /o/<organisation>.

Page What you do there
Dashboard (/o/<organisation>/instances) Your installations, headed Installations: create one, open one, and look after it from its ⋯ menu. See Create and manage your installations.
Clusters (/o/<organisation>/clusters) Only if the organisation has infrastructure of its own: what runs on it and the room left.
Members (/o/<organisation>/members) For people who manage members: invite people, give them access, make Owners. See Organisations, people and teams.
Teams (/o/<organisation>/teams) Groups of members who are given access together. They come with a Team plan.
Settings (/o/<organisation>/settings) Billing, for people who manage billing: your plan, balance, payment methods and invoices. General: the organisation's name and ID. See Plans, balance and billing.
Choose a plan (/o/<organisation>/plans) Reached from Choose a plan or Change plan. Not a sidebar row.
Developer settings (/developer) API tokens, in the menu at the foot of the sidebar with Manage account and Log out. See Signing in and keeping your account safe.

Notices from Player One about the platform appear as a banner above your installations.

Where next

Your first hour picks up inside your installation once it is running. Your installation covers what you set up there rather than here: your AI accounts, channels, vault and the Admin area.
