Solo is best if you want one installation for your own business or a first client. Starter is the usual agency starting point because it gives you several installations and more room to package Player One commercially. Scale is for agencies running several branded installs who want the best per-install value.
Do I need my own AI account or model?
Yes. Connect a ChatGPT subscription, a Claude API key, Ollama for a local model, or Kimi. Player One supports all major providers. That keeps you in control of usage, model choice and provider billing, and Player One adds no per-token charge on top.
What is a client installation?
A separate, branded workspace for one client, business unit or project. Each installation has its own users, files, agents, memory, processes and connected tools, so client data stays separate.
What happens after I buy?
