Development update - not deployed yet

We are working hard on the next Player One update

These changes are still in development and have not been deployed to customer accounts yet. Once we finish building them, we will test everything properly before rolling it out to everyone.

Stronger jobs and coordinationThe team is tightening the job system so agents can plan, coordinate and execute more accurately across longer pieces of work.
Plain-English flowsThe next flow system is being designed so non-technical users can build mini-app style automations in plain English.
Lower token usageProgressive tool loading is being tested so agents only carry the tools they need, which should reduce wasted tokens.
More provider flexibilityWe are testing broader provider options, including Ollama and Deepseek, so users can avoid relying on one AI provider.
Clearer errors and health checksWe are working on clearer messaging so users can see whether a problem is Player One, Claude, ChatGPT or another provider.
Integrations and quality fixesGoogle and Microsoft integrations, Telegram interruption, clipboard recovery and domain verification improvements are all being worked through.

This is a progress update for early customers, not a release announcement. We will keep testing before making these changes available across accounts.

Sneak peek

A first look at the new Player One UI we are working on

The Player One UI is being revamped, with backend improvements to support it. This is not a final release yet: once the new interface is finished, we will test it properly for one week before releasing it to everyone.

Multi-agent chatsCoordinator, QA and specialist agents can work together inside one chat instead of spreading work across lots of separate conversations.
Cleaner Jobs and Agents pagesThe new layout is more visual, with easier access to agents and the option to start from a preferred default agent.
More useful integrationsWhen connecting tools, Player One can pull documentation from the web or GitHub so setup is less manual.
Automation guidanceThe Automation Engineer and Node-RED direction are designed to help non-technical users build daily and weekly automations.
Better workspaces and flowsWorkspaces are becoming more visual, with easier downloads, while flows will be easier to revisit and step through.
More control and visibilityNotes, logs, warnings, alerts and white-label controls are being brought closer to the surface.

Also in progress: voice options, Drive, Dropbox and GitHub connectors, prompt templates and a clearer session view.
